Welcome to HealthLinc

HealthLinc (formerly Hilltop Community Health Center) is a community-based nonprofit organization, founded in 1996 and dedicated to improving the health of Northwest Indiana residents. HealthLinc provides quality primary care services without regard for a patient's ability to pay and serves as a community resource for eliminating health disparities.  We strive to take a holistic approach to health and well-being and pride ourselves on creating a “health care home” for our patients.  Our services include a range of medical, dental and mental health care for people of all ages as well as education and community outreach.  We also participate in various research projects and serve as a clinical training site for medical students from Indiana University and family nurse practitioner students from Valparaiso University. 

We operate a clinic in our original Hilltop neighborhood in Valparaiso.  We opened a second clinic in Michigan City in February 2008 and opened a third clinic in Knox in August 2008.  We also provide medical services on-site at Porter-Starke Services in Valparaiso.
